Remember to look for and click the MAKE APPOINTMENT button.

On some browsers you'll have to SCROLL DOWN to find the "Make Appointment" button when you're on the CONFIRM tab.

Be sure to scroll down far enough. 

It's easy once you've done it the first time. The "Make Appointment" button is circled in the first picture below.

By the way, if you check the Confirmation and Reminder boxes, the system will send email to remind you of your appointment.

Then, when the system makes your appointment, it will show you the CONFIRMATION tab. Your appointment booking is complete! You're now ready to make another appointment or log off.

So with that in mind, you can continue by choosing one of the links below.

If you already have a username and password, click here to login.

After you login, you'll be able to schedule (or reschedule) appointments from the available times. You'll also be able to view your schedule and appointment history, as well as change your username and password. And, you can login and navigate to any part of your online appointment scheduler with the menu tabs at the top of the page.
